At Narromine OOSH, we’re committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and flexible care for families in our community. We believe in full transparency about how our fees work, so you always know what to expect.

Fee Structure

Daily Fee

$35 per child ex CCS - please make sure your CCS is up to date in order to process quickly

Enrolment Fee

A one-off, non-refundable fee that covers the setup and administration when you join our service.
Fee: $40 per family.

Bond (Refundable)

A bond of $350 per family is required upon enrolment. Your bond secures your child’s place and helps us manage accounts smoothly. This bond covers up to 3 children per family and is fully refundable.

Advance Fees

We ask families to keep their account two weeks ahead at all times, based on their CCS-adjusted amount. This ensures the service remains financially sustainable and consistent for everyone. This will be debited from your account over the first month.

Payment Frequency

Payments are made weekly or fortnightly via direct debit. Our third party OWNA utilises Fat Zebra and this will be required to complete enrolment. Families receive weeekly statements for complete transparency.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

We are a CCS-approved service, which means your government subsidy is applied directly to your account — reducing the amount you pay.

To make sure your CCS is applied correctly:
- Keep your CCS details up to date with Services Australia.
- Your Advance Fees are based on your net out-of-pocket amount after CCS.
- If your CCS changes, your account will automatically adjust and we’ll notify you.
